Our September event will feature Marcel Lebrun, the founder of The 12 Neighbors Project, which asks the most important question of our time: “What does it really mean to love your neighbour?“
Understanding neighbourhoods is a passion project for Marcel. He got involved by trying various ways of helping out in his community, learning about the complexities, and having his perspective on poverty challenged. He wanted to better know “what it really means to help”. He wanted to learn from others, by finding some of the best examples of people creating lasting change in their communities. This is how 12 Neighbors came about.
His vision for the 12 Neighbors Project is to inspire and educate people to love their neighbours like never before.
Please mark your calendar for Saturday, September 28th, from 9:00 am until noon.
We’ll be at Hillside Church.
138 Thompson Road, London, Ontario, N5Z 2Y6
There will be a presentation by Marcel, video highlights of the 12 Neighbors Projects, homemade snacks and a panel discussion.
It will be a compelling and insightful morning of community.
We look forward to seeing you!
